   12 Month - all leases are minimum 12 month lease term running from May to May.

    Rent under a 12 month lease term is $2,300/month.

    We are currently full for the 2025-2026 year. Now taking applications for 2026-2027

Utilities

     There are no utilities included with rent, tenants are responsible for all utility costs which includes gas, electric, water/sewer,        

     garbage, and any TV or Internet service (optional). Total utility cost averages ~$55-$65 per person per month (excluding TV &               Internet).
