   12 Month - all leases are minimum 12 month lease term running from May to May.

Rental Rates

    Rent under a 12 month lease term is $2,200/month.

Availability

    Now taking reservations for May 2025 - May 2026. We are currently full for the 2024-2025 year.

Utilities

     There are no utilities included with rent, tenants are responsible for all utility costs which includes gas, electric, water/sewer,        

     garbage, and any TV or Internet service (optional). Total utility cost averages ~$55-$65 per person per month (excluding TV &               Internet).
