Hilltop Cottages is located only a few blocks from Hope College's Campus. Easily walk, bike, or drive to campus and downtown. The football stadium is also right around the corner with the DeVos Fieldhouse right down the road. 

 

Privacy

 

Each bedroom has its own attached full bathroom and walk-in closet. Each bedroom also features a lockable privacy knob operated by a personalized 4-digit key code door knob. All exterior doors have a similar security deadbolt operated by a personalized 4- digit key code, so you'll never have to worry about forgetting your keys and locking yourself out! Additionally, the Hilltop Cottages community is located off the busy roads in a quiet residential neighborhood. 

 

New Construction

 

Construction was done in two phases with the first phase being completed in 2016 and the second phase in 2018/2019!

These townhouses have been specially designed to accommodate college student and young professional living needs. With the help of our local property management team this will be one of the most desirable communities around!

Off Street Parking

 

The need for off street parking was kept in mind when laying out the site plan for Hilltop Cottages. A joint off street parking area has been constructed behind the units with enough spaces to accommodate one car per tenant. The parking area will be well lit in the evening and plowed in the winter time. 

 

Management

 

Hilltop Cottages is locally owned and managed with our office being located downtown Holland. We do our best to always be available to be reached by phone or email and address maintenance repairs and concerns in a prompt manner.

 

What's Included

- All kitchen appliances and washer and dryer. 

- Property maintenance and upkeep. 

- Lawn care and landscaping throughout the summer months and snow removal throughout the winter months. 

- No utilities are included. Tenants are responsible for their own utility costs, however costs averages only $50/tenant per month.
